A flat roofed extension to the rear of this existing Victorian villa allowed for a contrast of modern living in an older setting. Creating one large space, with feature rooflight to flood light into the Kitchen and Dining areas, combined with folding doors to the rear garden allowed for a multi-functional space that will grow as the family does.
